Eligibility for Returns

• We only accept returns on unopened products.
  
• Opened or used items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  
• You must initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

• If your request is approved, prepaid shipping label will be mailed to you.
  
• Customers are responsible for returning the product using the provided label
  
  
• The product must be received in its original, unopened condition.
  

🔹 Damaged Products

• Returns will not be accepted for items that arrive damaged. If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assess and assist.
  

🔹 Timeline & Refunds

• As long as your return request was submitted within 14 days of delivery, we will honor it—even if the return is processed later.
  
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you and begin processing your refund.
  
  
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  
  
• Please allow up to 60 days for the full return and refund process to be completed.
